MyHairAgent collects phone numbers from salon customers for the purpose of sending transactional appointment confirmation SMS messages only.

Data Use:

  • Phone numbers are used solely to send appointment confirmation messages
  • We do NOT share phone numbers with third parties for marketing or any other purpose
  • Messages comply with TCPA regulations

Opt-Out:

Customers can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

Data Retention:

Phone numbers are retained only as long as necessary to deliver appointment confirmations and then deleted per our retention policy.

Terms of Service

1. MyHairAgent provides AI voice agent scheduling and SMS appointment confirmation services to hair salons and their customers.

2. All SMS communications comply with TCPA regulations and carrier guidelines.

3. By providing a phone number during appointment booking, you agree to receive a transactional SMS confirmation message.

4. You can reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

5. MyHairAgent is provided as-is. We are not liable for SMS delivery failures due to carrier issues or incorrect phone numbers.

6. Appointment confirmation messages are transactional and are not subject to marketing consent regulations.
